We provide in person Dialectical Behavior Therapy in Long Island and to anyone in New York State through Telehealth. Our approach to psychotherapy is easy to access and affordable.
In-Person Sessions
Visit our serene and welcoming office in Merrick, NY, located at 1991 Smith Street, where teenagers can experience one-on-one sessions or join our DBT skills groups. Our comfortable and confidential setting is designed to facilitate open discussions and effective therapeutic progress.
Telehealth Services
We understand that the demands of teenage life can be overwhelming. That's why we offer secure and convenient telehealth services, allowing teenagers to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own space. Our virtual sessions maintain the same level of care and professionalism as in-person meetings.
DBT Skills Groups for Teens
Our comprehensive DBT skills groups are a required portion of treatment for teenagers. These groups, available both in-person and virtually, provide a structured environment for teenagers to learn and practice essential skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Led by our expert therapists, these groups offer a supportive community focused on personal growth.
Note to Parents: Parents are an integral part of the treatment process for teens. We require parents to attend the DBT skills groups alongside their teenagers to support their progress and create a cohesive therapeutic experience.
Group Location: Our in-person group sessions are held in a comfortable group space conveniently located in Wantagh, NY. Additionally, virtual group sessions are available to provide flexibility and accessibility.
We now offer Comprehensive DBT for Adults.
