Everyone's Journey is Different. InsightDBT has a variety of in-person and telehealth options to learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills and Principles that will set you free of emotional suffering. Our programs are based on the rule of functional contextualism, which is a fancy way of saying do what works. If your schedule does not support a weekly skills group, consider our 1-to-1 DBT skills instruction.
If you want a regular support group and have 6 months to work on yourself, consider our Weekly DBT Skills Groups. You can join us from the comfort of your own home through zoom or at our pleasant office space in Merrick, NY.
If you're ready for an intensive DBT workshop series, then our DBT Bootcamp may be your best bet.
We offer modified DBT as well as comprehensive DBT with all the bells and whistles: Individual Therapy with skilled and compassionate therapists, DBT Skills Group with peers, and an extensive phone coaching schedule.
